It can occur that the machine will be showing you a repeated user action informing you to check if the hop carousel is in the zero position. If you're sure it is correctly placed but it will still not allow you to continue the brewing process, then it can be cause by a magnet inside the hop carousel not triggering the sensors inside the machine. 

To be sure you can check if the magnet is still magnetic. The position of the magnet is shown in the image below. In case it is not magnetic, please get in contact. If it still is magnetic, try to restart the machine, place the hop carousel as instructed and see if it will continue.
