The target boiling temperature is calculated based on the barometric pressure sensor readings.

The target is rounded, it could very well be that the target is close to 99.5 showing sometimes 99 and sometimes 100 as the target temperature.

On the device, this value will be more precise.

    Sometimes the boil starts at 99 degrees and it stays that temprature, but the time is not counting en the hops will not fall into the wort. What to do?
