This can happen when the valve has decreased levels of water or the pump is running dry

Squeaky sound

That's a normal sound. It's the whistling of the solenoid valve.

When the water flow is decreased the sound reduces.

Scrapping sound

It's likely the pump is running dry. Here are 5 steps to fix this by doing:

  1. Stop the session
  2. Remove the keg lid from the keg
  3. Unscrew the ball lock connector from the left rinse connector tube (Leave the rinse connector attached to the base station)
  4. Suck on the left tube until some water is coming through
  5. Re-attach the before mentioned components and restart the session, it should work.
