The freight forwarder will send you an email with a Track & Trace link as soon as your MiniBrew leaves our warehouse, and you can then follow your MiniBrew's journey to your delivery address.


Make sure you double-check your email spam folder, as shipping emails can sometimes end up there by accident.

  1. Log in to your Post NL, DHL Or FedEx Local account (or register if you haven't already)
  2. Go to the 'My Orders' tab.
  3. Find your reference number displayed next to the order in question

Our Customer Support Team has NO update about your track & trace code when your order is still in the warehouse.
