RETURNING YOUR CRAFT, CRAFT PRO, CRAFT PRO+
If you are not satisfied with your CRAFT, you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery.
MiniBrew guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our General Terms of Conditions.
Due to the size and weight of the Product, MiniBrew doesn't bear the cost of delivery charges to Minibrew Return Center from any of the countries covered within the European Union and with the exception of the following countries such as Cyprus, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
If you live outside the shipping area and wish to return a Product, you will be responsible for paying all associated packaging and return shipping costs, which are dependent on your location.
If your MiniBrew is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, MiniBrew reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at MinBrew's sole discretion.
If your MiniBrew is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee.

RETURNING YOUR BREWPACK / STARTER PACK OR ACCESSORIES
The following merchandise may not be returned or exchanged if it has been used, or purchased marked down/sale item:
- Opened brew packs
- Used Starter packs that contain: Chemsan cleaning material, Hop bags, Sanitizer spray bottle , and Sanitizer solution syringe
- Used accessories
All other returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be shipped with the original packaging. MiniBrew is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only.
