Product Condition: The MiniBrew guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents, as outlined in our General Terms and Conditions. Therefore, please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition, without signs of abuse or missing parts.
Return Shipping Costs: Due to the size and weight of the product, MiniBrew does not cover the cost of delivery charges to the Minibrew Return Center.
Damaged Returns: If your MiniBrew is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, MiniBrew reserves the right to refuse a refund or charge additional restocking fees, at our sole discretion. To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure that the product is securely packaged for return shipment.
