Non-urgent issues
For non-urgent issues or questions click here to contact us and we will get back to you as quickly as we can Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00 CET.
Currently, we have some known issues, we are working on a fix for these. In the meantime, they can be quite easily fixed by following the 'Fix' instructions.

After starting the rinse, the brew session fails immediately |

Routers connectivity issues |
Sadly some routers have issues connecting to the Minibrew device, while this is a result of the router production itself. If you cannot connect you can try to use a mobile hotspot or use a different router. This is a known issue with the following routers (possibly more):

Urgent Issues
If you need support urgently and your issue is not a known issue, or if you think your brew/fermentation might be at risk of failing, click here to report an urgent issue. Support for urgent issues is offered between 9:00 and 17:00 CET Monday to Friday.
