Please let us know what part is broken, and send us a photo so that we can see which piece of it broke exactly. 

If a part has broken due to a machine failure or during standard and correct usage, we will replace the part for free if the warranty period of 24 months is still active.

If a part has broken due to a user failure or the warranty period has ended, contact us to see what charges would apply for replacement.
